After their encounter the night before, Jake Preston comes back to the bar looking for Allen King but sees him laughing with another man. Discouraged, he goes to leave, but Allen spots him through the window and runs after him. Allen reassures him it was just a friend, and they spend the night talking and walking through the city until they watch the sun come up on Jake's last day in Barcelona.
